Merry Christmas
Here is something simple you can make with your CaBezel Molds. Santa and Frosty are easy to create. Use them as tree ornaments or wear them as brooches. For more information on how to make these Christmas characters go to wwwshadesofclay.com

I just love receiving your photos!

This photo was sent in by Krisi Cooper, a member of the Pittsburgh Polymer Clay Guild.
This is how she used the Cabezel Molds. What a great Necklace. Thanks Krisi. I'd love to see how other people are using the molds too and I'll gladly post more pics!!! Keep them coming.

The big companies WON'T stop producing it if we keep buying it!

I have been using/reusing a more permanet type water bottle for a very long time now. I refill it using water from my Brita pitcher. I used to still buy the odd case of water just to have on hand to offer to my guests, but after seeing this simple video I won't be doing that anymore either. If my filtered tap water isn't good enough...too bad!!

Creativfestival Oct 2008
Congratulations to Marg Scott of Shades of Clay. (she's the one on the far right for those of you that don't already know).
It was Marg's first year participating in the Creativfestival and she did an amazing job. Her booth looked fantastic and it captured the attention of many passers by, even those that had no previous experience with polymer clay showed interest. I think we may have created some new polymer clay addicts!
The Southern Ontario Polymer Clay Guild came out to support Marg and give her a hand.
Lydia was one of our "greeters"
Bev and I had a great time helping out. I did my first public demo of the CaBezels and I know I made a few converts to polymer clay. It's always great to see people get so excited about something!
